Room in Haarlem available soon (registration possible)

Hello everybody,

I will be moving out of this spacious room of 20m2, which will be available from 16 August next week. Either long-term or if you are a student and only staying for a semester, both are okay.

The room is in a two-storied house of about 90m2, which is located near Haarlem Spaarnwoude Station, only 15 minutes from Amsterdam Central, and very close to an IKEA. The living room is also very spacious and looks out onto a backyard which has a shed where you can keep your bicycle.
The house will be shared by another tenant, a 35-year old male working in the IT industry, who loves doing video shoots. He is a calm person and would like to have someone who is not loud or does not party.

The room will be partially furnished, with the two large closets and a rattan chair (if you wish to have it) on the pictures. The bookshelf will not be there. You will also have your own entire fridge (on the very left of the picture of the kitchen), as we have two in the kitchen. The rent, with everything included, will amount to about €750.
