With the benefits of living in the center (everything within walking distance) not the burdens (located on garden side) Luxury split level ground floor apartment of 60 m2, in an old monastery.
You enter the apartment on the 'first' floor (1/2 level) which contains the restroom, living room and an open kitchenette with all necessities to cook (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, water kettle and of course pans, pots, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, all the necessities for cooking and dining). In the living room you will find a couch, love seat, a flat screen television, and a dining table with amazing view of the private and community garden and the famous Dom tower.
Take the stairs down to enter the ground level /basement (-1/2), where you will find the bedroom, bathroom and a small office area.The bedroom and office area are divided by a closet. The sleeping area contains a queen-size bed (two box springs), with clean sheets. An airbed for an additional person can be requested. he comfortable bathroom contains a bath tube (with shower), sink, washer and dryer for your convenience, and of course clean towels. This lower level with no direct neighbors is cooler and more quiet and therefore very convenient for sleeping.
