Asian grocer United Noodles, Inc. buys Minneapolis warehouse for $6.95 million

The owners of United Noodles, whose Asian grocery store has been a tenant in Snelling Distribution Center in south Minneapolis for over three decades, have bought the building. The $6.95 million deal closed in late December. The single-story, nearly 82,000-square-foot warehouse at 2001 E. 24th St. last sold for $5.4 million in 2018, according to county property records.
