2021 preview: Housing maelstrom threatens growth

Demand is not expected to lessen anytime soon in the housing market. Relocations from other parts of Texas, and from out of state, will drive activity. Federal stimulus funding and low interest rates may push more first-time buyers into the market, meaning 2021 could be another record year for sales volume in the Austin area. So, without any slackening in demand, can housing supply keep up?
